Rockwell’s is a neighborhood, "Premium Casual" concept well suited to freestanding restaurant locations in more urban environments. The ideal building dimensions are 5,000 sf. with 1,000 sf. of patio; preferably developed in high traffic malls or entertainment centers near dense residential areas.
Inside Rockwell’s there are two distinct customer experiences – a warm, lush restaurant dining experience for families, coworkers, and young professionals or a full, neighborhood bar for something a little more social. Our 3-day parts include lunch for family and business, dinner for families and couples, and late night service for young adults.
To increase Rockwell’s brand presence, our strategy is to develop new locations primarily by way of freestanding restaurants.

Do I need previous restaurant experience?
No, but of course any experience you have in the food service industry will help. More than anything, we are looking for people with sound business sense who get our concept and share our high standards of customer service. If you do not have full service restaurant experience, we will provide additional training.

How much does a Rockwell’s Grill & Bar franchise cost?
The initial investment is $50,000 to acquire a license. Amounts vary dramatically depending on many factors: whether you are converting an existing restaurant or starting up a brand new operation; square footage,; the cost of construction in your particular market; the local and general economy and other key factors. Our Development Department can do an estimate based on your specific circumstances.

What is my return on investment?
How much you make will vary depending upon your skills and abilities, the marketplace, your competition, interest rates, the economy, inflation, labour, and supply cost and lease terms. As we proceed, our Accounting Department can assist you in preparing cash flow projections that take into account the realities of your specific market.

How long does it take to be approved and build a store?
The Application Process from initial inquiry to the Leadership/Support Team’s approval will take from two to six weeks. Once your application and restaurant site has received approval, the time frame to opening day will vary from three to twelve months. A customized schedule will be created to fit your specific needs and circumstances.
